I am currently enrolled in a Master’s program for
organizational leadership. My goal is to complete the program and obtain my
degree within the next two years. I think that this will give me the knowledge
and skills I need to be an effective leader. I also plan on attending workshops

articles on the subject. I think that these activities will help me to develop
my skills further. Finally, I think it is important for me to lead by example
