In order to further develop my leadership skills, I plan on taking the following actions:

1. I will continue to work on honing my communication skills. I will try to be more aware of my tone and how others might interpret my words.

3. I will continue to learn as much as I can about leadership. I will read books and articles and attend workshops and seminars.

I am currently enrolled in a Master’s program for organizational leadership. My goal is to complete the program and obtain my degree within the next two years. I think that this will give me the knowledge and skills I need to be an effective leader. I think that these activities will help me to develop my skills further. Finally, I think it is important for me to lead by example in everything I do.
