Are my transactions secure?

Can I pay in installments?

My bank charged me twice. How do I handle the double billing?

The calculator and pricing table prices don’t match. Any issue?

Yes. Sometimes we are forced to respond to the excess demand on our academic writing services. When the number of orders exceeds the available assistants, we have no option than to hike the prices slightly. That’s also for the best interest of those who placed their orders earlier.

The writer I was assigned is out of office. What should I do?

Apologies for that, but we’ll help sort out everything before the deadline. Wondering how? Well, we will assign the project to an Elite writer who shows interest in meeting the deadlines. Also, a rebate of 10% will follow your wallet to compensate you for the inconvenience.

By default, our systems will assign you a “Premium Writer”—whether you selected one or not. However, if you wanted to go the “Elite Writer” way, please request our customer support to cancel the order so you can place it again. The same applies to “Favorite Writers”.

I’m disappointed by the final paper I received. Why should I pay?

We really regret that this could happen at GradeWriters. But kindly don’t freak out—our revisions policy demand that we are responsible for all corrections until you are satisfied. That’s part of the reasons we have frequent surges of orders from students asking for online academic paper writing services from us. But if the worst comes to the worst, we’ll refund you fully—according to our refund policy.
