Teenagers fall into a sensitive stage, as academic life renders them to adverse tensions and emotions like hostility, dissatisfaction, and jealousy. However, this circumstance can be eradicated through rigorous physical exercise. First, physical exercise improves mental activity and work capacity, paving the way for the individual body’s adaptability to new changes. Secondly, physical activities offer ample chances to teenagers to interact with their colleagues as they share new ideas and motivate each other during difficult or happy moments (Zou, 1).

The advancement in both technology and other aspects of life has posed many pressures that require some activities and techniques to curb them.
