The digital story I have chosen to write is about Robert. Robert is one of my young brothers, born and raised when I was old enough to notice all development that takes place in human life. I have decided to document the story of Robert because I remember his life story very profoundly, thus finding it essential to document it. Further, I have chosen Robert because I witnessed his growth through different stages.

But to document this story effectively, I needed to collect photographs to aid in remembering the exact story of Robert. At an early age, Robert was a charming baby boy who was liked by everyone who interacted with him. Like other kids in society, Robert experienced regular sleep and drowsiness and cried a lot. I observed him learn to crawl and walk on his own within the shortest time. More importantly, he developed functional sensory organs, enabling him to relate with people well, even those not close to him. When growing up, he was doing significant things, such as enjoying pulling toys and throwing objects in a deliberate direction.

When at the age of six, there was a tremendous improvement in my personal growth of Robert. At this age, Robert gained more extraordinary handling ability of extensive motor skills. Moreover, apart from his ability to do different activities well, Robert experienced growth in concentration when doing a particular thing which showed significant improvement even though it was not consistent. From this observation, it is clear that Robert had undergone tremendous development in terms of brain growth. For instance, due to significant brain development, Robert was to build commendable relationships with fellow children of his age. Further, by the time he reached his post-childhood stage, Robert had developed into a fully human life in terms of psychosocial and cognition development. Also, Robert grew well-built muscles with soft skin and strong bones, enabling him to carry out physical activities. Besides, Robert could build good interpersonal relations with everyone around him, including his peers. The interpersonal relations skills were manifested in Robert when playing in the field with his friends and in general behavior in a social place.

Also, during the early adulthood of Robert, he developed a good memory that enabled him to concentrate by avoiding any disruption. This was evident from the way he rightfully planned and executed his plans. It was also clear that in his early adulthood, Robert loved making independent decisions and, at the same time, lived a different life from his parents. From this view, it is clear how Robert developed right from infancy to adulthood.

But something I found challenging about the story of Robert is that I had only to pick information that was relevant to the questions. Given that I have been in the life of Robert throughout, it was my wish that I could be able to document everything that I think took place during his development. Although I had no that chance, I have found this work to be essential because it has helped to relate experiences that happen in the life of someone with the development cycle of an individual.

More importantly, from this project have been able to learn various significant things about how digital storytelling promotes attention. It is clear that digital storytelling is important because it attracts audiences to listen to stories while simultaneously creating visual graphics. Also, through this project, I have been able to recall the process that an individual takes to grow.
