How Will the Study of the Criminal Justice Administration Contribute to My Immediate and Long Range Career Plans

The systems of the criminal justice system are wide, diverse, and complex. It encompasses the process of enforcement, investigation, and adjudication of crimes committed in society. In addition, the criminal justice administration deals with the procedural aspects of this system, such as police organizations, law enforcement agencies, and courts. This paper will focus on how my study in Criminal Justice Administration will help me in my immediate and long-term career plans. The system of criminal justice is a process that is constantly evolving. As such, it is essential for those who work within the system to be able to adapt to change. The ability to change and adapt is something that I have always been good at. I have never been afraid of change but have welcomed it. I believe that my ability to change and adapt will be an asset in my future career in the criminal justice.

The subject of Criminal Justice Administration will provide me with the expertise and skills I need to operate within the system. I will learn about the different agencies and organizations that make up the system and their respective roles. I will also learn about the procedures and processes followed within the system. This knowledge will be invaluable in my future career, as it will allow me to hit the ground running and be an influential member of the team from day one (Halliday et al., 2009). In addition to the knowledge I will gain, I will also develop essential critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills. These skills will be crucial in my future career, whether I am working in law enforcement, investigations, or administration.

My ability to change will benefit me in my career in Criminal Justice Administration as it continues to evolve. The knowledge and skills that I gain from my studies will allow me to adapt to the ever-changing landscape of the criminal justice system. I believe that my future career in this field will be challenging and rewarding, and I am eager to get started. For example, if a fresh piece of legislation is passed that affects the manner in which I do my job as a police officer, I will be able to swiftly change and ensure that we are following the new standards (Glater, 2019). My ability to change and adapt is something that I believe will set me apart from other candidates, and I am confident that it will help me in my future career.

Another important aspect of my future career that I am excited about is the opportunity to help people. The criminal justice system can be a difficult and stressful place for those who are involved in it (Helverschou et al., 2018). I hope to be able to use my position within the system to help those who are going through tough times. For instance, if I am working in a law enforcement capacity, I hope to be able to use my position to help those who have been victims of crime. I believe that my studies in Criminal Justice Administration will give me the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively help those who need it most.

In conclusion, the study of Criminal Justice Administration will help me in my immediate and long-range career plans. I will gain the expertise and skills required to work within the judicial system and develop essential abilities such as critical thinking and problem-solving. My ability to change and adapt is something that I believe will be an asset in my future career. I am confident that my study in this field will help me in my future career plans.
