Question

The paper was already written but the professor stated I missed two components. She stated I didn't create diagrams that illustrate the causes-and-effects for each business problem and that I didn't propose a potential Riipen project related to one of the problem statements that could be completed by a Capella learner. The original paper is attached and my grading from this assignment is attached. I am asking for two pages because the rest of the paper was sufficient. The grading rubric is attached. I need you to create diagrams that illustrate the causes-and-effects for each business problem, including the relationships between different causes and effects and propose a potential Riipen project clearly aligned to one of the problem statements and at an appropriate level to be completed by a Capella learner.

Effective Organizational Leadership

Leading business problems - Maintaining employee motivation and efficiency

Every organization, like every group, needs leadership. Rahbi et al. (2017) pointed out that effective leaders are also productive because they affect employees’ determination to achieve business goals. However, achieving such goals is not enough to keep employees motivated. Helping them achieve their career goals is an important motivation for them. Subsequently, motivation is an important point because the leadership capacity will inspire employees as an obligation or a strategic role. According to Ali and Anwar (2021), the leadership style accepted by the company and its leaders will determine job satisfaction, morale and motivation level. The relationship between the leadership style used within the company and the degree of motivation within the workforce remains a strategic point of discussion in the boardroom meeting. Along with motivation, these impacts are derived from our current environment and influences.

Information system business challenges - Integration of new technologies

Organizations must adapt to an ever-changing environment to solve customer problems to remain competitive globally. To remain competitive means that the writings advance for an organization and change cycle and technology to overcome their opposition. Organizations must master new technologies and face the difficulties of implementing changes. Changes of this nature can bring key benefits to the organization and present many challenges. It must be clear how to produce positive results. Problems arise when organizations strive to acquire new technologies without legal leadership or to train their employees.

Change is an inevitable phenomenon in the business world. Organizations need to update their toolset and ask employees to accept these technologies regularly to remain competitive. Adjusting employee behavior is a long-term goal and cannot limit short-term employee changes; providing them with a transformative environment to understand their needs is crucial (Chen, 2019). Obtaining acceptance at the employee level can be a challenge, as it can be difficult to control employees' buy-in who will use the new technology. The presentation of organizational, technological changes can interfere with cultural practices, resulting in loss of progress and overriding standard social design and identifiable associations (Burghardt et al., 2020). Accepting new technologies can mean changing job responsibilities, increasing responsibilities, additional training and departments. Technological changes of this nature will also affect the governance problems of the organization. People with certain skills and abilities may perceive This change is a threat to their position and undermines their professional skills. Changes of this nature will also affect contacts and change the standards of behavior of employees. Protection against change can also come from a sudden source, namely management.

In some cases, managers who should be progressive heroes may feel this poses a threat to their position within the organization. When senior leaders coordinate change, they may find themselves in a situation similar to employees and be opposed to getting them to get things done (Chen, 2019. The leader in this position is very likely to have a negative or positive outcome of the employees' changes.

Marketing business problems - The impact of marketing intelligence on competitive business advantage

Today's business world is changing, and there is no doubt that intelligence is the foundation. Organizations face various natural changes. These technologies are happening so quickly that competition will threaten their endurance if organizations are not prepared. The marketing intelligence prevents employees from fearing and failing natural change reduces and limits the organization's openness to risk (Kunle et al., 2017). Another mechanical element that helps organizations find the right place in today's environment is marketing intelligence. The idea of intelligence is to treat marketing data as ongoing work to establish the competitive capacity of the plan's baseline metrics. Demonstration of intelligence is the orderly classification and analysis of publicly available data about customers, competitors, and market improvements.

Successful organizations take an external perspective to their business. They believe that the marketing environment continues to introduce new opportunities and threats, and marketing intelligence must be used to identify, collect, inspect and use these opportunities and threats (Pantano et al., 2019). Likewise, an "organization" should understand the importance of constantly observing and adapting to the environment. Many organizations ignore this change as an opportunity. They ignore or oppose change until it passes the point of no return. Their strategies, designs, systems and organizational culture have gradually become obsolete and unnecessary.

With the opening and globalization of organizations, many components have increased the demand for more and better marketing intelligence. As wages rise and buyers become more specific, they need more data on larger, more distant business units (Kunle et al., 2017). Therefore, it is important to show ideas because the nature of marketing data will affect the financial industry's adequacy of decision-making. There are always disputes between different parts of the financial sector. Organizations must devise a method to reach the existing support and become the Super Awesome phenomenon in the field.

The project proposal

Regarding marketing matters, first, for security reasons, organizations are recommended to take unequivocal action on all data related to business systems, sales data, market capacities and different strategies, including their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. In addition, organizations should pay attention and actively participate in classifying data related to daily marketing activities to best help their business at the lowest price. In the end, internal problems may not add competitive business advantages. In addition, a competitor's business data serves as "marketing intelligence to resolve the uninterrupted process of understanding, inspecting and investigating internal and external conditions related to competitors" and markets. As this is contrary to competitive business advantages, it is recommended that organizations reduce the cost of identifying market opportunities, which can adversely affect long-term competitive business advantages. The analysis also showed that organizations typically measure or assess the threat of competition in a particular market and that data should be collected in that market. Proper market research should be carried out to assess the consequences of competing with a major player in the market.

Potential Riipen Project to Solve Marketing Issues: Application of Digital Signage

Riipen presents new ways of dealing with the challenges that arise within the workplace. It put together a set of applications to optimize performance by taking care of some of the little details within your organization. It also helps in promoting the company brand to the public and in the motivation of staff to improve efficiency. Moreover, it also aids in the analysis of various productivity metrics to help you identify areas for improvement and create an action plan that can be used by distribution centers, call centers, retail outlets, and corporate offices. Employees are the deciding factor in a business's success  Good employee morale can help businesses grow, but bad employee morale can stop its progress. Riipen is here to help promote and advertise the organization to the public and improve its image.

In modern times, digital signage networks are used in all kinds of businesses to improve their overall performance. Digital signage networks will display various advertisements and information on the screens. Examples include digital screens and projectors that are controlled by specific software. These networks are widely used in public places like airports, metro stations, shopping centers, and even billboards. Many benefits come with using these digital systems. The first and foremost benefit is that they will provide a platform to display data conveniently. It is not difficult to gather information from these displays as they have a user-friendly interface (Park,Yang, Dinh, & Kim, 2017). D The second benefit is that they will also provide an opportunity to broadcast messages from a central location. This is useful for organizations as it saves them from printing different flyers and sending them to different branches. The third benefit of these networks is They will offer an avenue for companies to reach out to customers or employees at their convenience through real-time messages that appear on the screen. These messages will either be promotional or informative.

Digital signage networks have come a long way. They will be installed in thousands of different locations around the globe, hence allowing advertisers to reach more people with targeted messages. Each digital sign has its website customized to meet brand objectives. Features such as geo-targeting, messaging queue and analytics will help the advertising department develop personalized, dynamic campaigns using a variety of media types: video, audio, text, HTML5 and more (Sandkuhl, Wißotzki, Smirnov, & Shilov, 2018). Viewers will engage with rich media content while building brand recall and generating leads that improve customer experience and increase sales.

We are all aware of with the explosion of information generated by the Internet, social networking, and mobile phones, there is an ever-increasing need to disseminate information in a timely fashion to the right people. This is where digital signage networks come into play.

The applications of DSNs will be as follows:-

a) They will be used in airports, malls and retail stores to display store promotions, sale offers, shopping tips, and other relevant messages to customers in real-time.

b) Retailers will use digital signage networks for displaying product information like recipes, usage instructions etc., which help customers make informed decisions before buying products.

c) For hospitals and medical centers, doctors can display medical reports or health tips to patients waiting in the queue or waiting rooms on large plasma screens installed across such institutes.

While traditional outlets such as newspapers and television have seen their audiences dwindle over the years, digital signage networks offer companies the opportunity to create an interactive experience for their customers. These networks can be implemented in various ways, from airports to shopping centers.

Summary

The above analysis shows that a leader is likely to negatively or positively impact the organization. Today's business world is changing, and there is no doubt that intelligence is the foundation. The marketing environment continues to introduce new opportunities and threats, and marketing intelligence must be used to identify, collect, inspect and use these opportunities and threats. Organizations must devise a method to reach the existing support and become the Super Awesome phenomenon in the field.
