The Physician Assistant (PA) profession is a growing and demanding career with a secure future. The profession helps bridge the physician shortage gap, especially among vulnerable communities in underserved areas. The position of PA will enable me to deliver quality and excellent care to patients. I am eager to fulfill my dreams and earn respect from patients and colleagues. I have gained clinical experience working for in-home patients with complex and multi-symptom illnesses for one year. I have gained experience easing patient discomfort by conducting an accurate assessment and using therapeutic techniques. I have fostered a healthy environment for psychiatric and geriatric patients through meal preparation, medication, and offering patient-centered care. I offer excellent patient service skills, especially on the phone, maintaining patient files' accuracy by clear and concise charting. Further, I pick up new computer programs quickly and reach others.

While working as a medical assistant at Perman Clinic, I had a great experience establishing and maintaining relationships with patients. Through this, I have been able to educate patients about their conditions, complications, and how to improve their health and wellbeing. Besides, having effective communication skills and building a good rapport with patients and my colleagues is an important tool I have used in my practice as a Medical Assistant. My passion for healthcare has grown during my clinical experience in medical school. I loved working as a Child Care Worker at YMCA Jackie Robinson. I have worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Grossmont Post-Acute Care at Alvarado Hospital. I have clinical experience working as a Physical Therapist Aide Volunteer at Sharp Memorial Hospital. Further, I worked as a Mental Health Worker (MHW) at Alvarado Parkway Institute.

My desire to practice as a PA is driven by my healthcare experience as a Medical Assistant as well as the experiences I obtained at work. I am confident that the healthcare experiences I have obtained in the healthcare sector will be of great value to me and the entire community. I will be very glad if my application as a PA will be considered. I need a career, which will enable me to reach out to a large number of people and unleash all I had to patients at the same time. Besides, at a personal level, I consider myself an independent thinker and a people-oriented person at the same time. Furthermore, I believe that I deserve a spot in this area of healthcare. I am confident that I am perfectly suited not just for a professional career in this sector but also for a longer duration, possibly to make it a lifetime profession as a very effective and efficient PA. However, I believe that I can only achieve this with the appropriate training and education that only the institution can afford.

As a multidisciplinary healthcare team member, I am excited forward to polishing my professional skillset while supporting patients in achieving their health goals. I am convinced that I will emerge as a great PA candidate because I have medical expertise, good communication skills, the ability and experience to multitask, and a commitment to success in my career. I offer my passion and dedication for the PA profession due to my strong work ethic, perseverance, skills, and knowledge, coupled with perseverance.

Providing quality healthcare to patients makes me feel I have a purpose in life. I believe that admittance to a respectable PA program is not the end but an important next step of my career journey. This will reflect who I want to be in the future as a medical practitioner. I am working hard to achieve my dreams and career goals, but I sense it is not enough to some extent. I am seeking a PA school, which will direct me to be the best and push me beyond my perceived limits. I want to improve my clinical experience and knowledge to be a competent PA deserving of the prestigious profession.

I am confident that the profession will be life-changing for the individuals I will serve in my capacity as a Physician Assistant. Having worked as a medical assistant, I have been fortunate enough to change peoples' lives in the same way as the PA I am striving to be. I will focus on achieving this dream, goal, and purpose in life. I am a compassionate individual, friendly, and strong. I am certain that I will advance to the point where I can serve as a role model for those with similar abilities and career goals.

Completing the PA program will accord me the opportunity to fulfill my career dream of becoming a certified professional in the field, where I believe I will have the opportunity to take an active role in taking care of patients, as well as disease management. In addition, through the coursework that I will undertake in the program, I am certain that I will gain a more holistic view of disease management. I will have the opportunity to improve my medical skills through rigorous practice, which will improve my understanding of the field. The PA program will allow me to become an integral part of a medical team in the future.
