What specific resources or services would you have liked to provide for Ms. Oxendine but were unable to locate in your community? Provide the names and website addresses (URL) for the two specific resources you selected for Ms. Oxendine.

Solution
SBAR Note to Summarize Ms.
Oxendine’s Current Health
In case Ms. Oxendine needs service
from my community, she would be provided with the appropriate one. Given that I
come around Rogers Behavioral Health, it is evident that the facility would be
resourceful for the patient. The availability of the facility will help in the
provision of therapy to the patient, case management services for the
depression, and even management of medication together with other services that
the patient may need to be addressed (Home.
Rogers Behavioral Health, 2021). Also, if the Ms. Oxendine’s may need other
service either as inpatient or outpatient, there are being offered daily.
Another vital resource in my
community that Ms. Oxendine can benefit from if she was the patient is the
college she would be attending. For instance, if I can assume she was in my
community by the time she was looking for healthcare needs, I would request her
to attend a university of Wisconsin at Milwaukee so that she can be get helped
from the school. Given that the university has peer groups, it will be easier
to help her through orientation and socialization as new come into the
facility. Also, the facility offers tutorial services that can be of help to
her.
In addition, given that the case of
suicide has been the leading killer among young people, particularly teenagers,
it will be significant to direct Ms. Oxendine’s to seek medical treatment to
the mentioned resources I have suggested above (Weber & Kelley, 2013). This is
because the patient has been attempting suicide for the second time now.
Consequently, based on my view of
the available resources in my community, there are no other services I would
like to provide for this patient, and I cannot be available. It is evident that
my community has numerous options of resources that could be significant for
patient treatment.
