As a leader understanding, cultural differences and their manifestation helps to overcome and prevent racial and ethnic divisions. It is evident that accepting other people's cultures in a global community allows you to be more openly tolerant of other individuals. In fact, as a leader, learning about different cultures helps us understand different perspectives in the world we live in. The leadership that enhances inclusivity helps dispel negative stereotypes and biases of individuals working in a global community.

In addition, as a leader, it is important to be able to transfer cultural knowledge from one culture to another. Being able to transfer cultural knowledge from one culture to another helps in the manifestation of inclusivity because it enhances competence among the people in the workplace. Knowing how to transfer culture from one to another helps the leader treat all employees in the same manner, leading to increased morale across the board. Also, with the knowledge, leaders can keep every individual in the workplace in their mind, which is one of the most important considerations that help build inclusivity in the workplace.

In leadership, more so in the workplace, some biases lead to negative growth of the company, thus need for manifestation that helps build equality. For instance, leadership is an important factor in the working environment, even though some biases affect effective leadership. The recognized biases include promoting staff members based on their colors and cultural beliefs. It is assumed that biases within the workplace prevent the right from advancing based on their skills. Thus, in my view, unconscious biases need to be tackled by creating an inclusive environment. With a well cultural framework as leader, you can make decisions based on individual skills and avoid biases with the assumption that your staff member can outshine you.

In inclusive leadership, being motivated and committed helps in working through cultural conflicts. Basically. With motivation and commitment, an individual can know how to handle issues that might appear in the current working environment. Being a motivated and committed leader helps you interpret the current and future behavior of the staff members, thus working through cultural conflicts.

For inclusivity in the current workplace, leadership must accept adoption and leadership that overcome cultural differences. It is evident that a leader willing to learn and work with different cultures helps you understand and appreciate each individual's ethnicity. Moreover, working with different cultures builds inclusive leadership that is competent. Also, with adaptability, we can work around potential challenges to come up with the best outcome. More importantly, adapting and learning to live with different cultures also helps increase trust and improve work relationships. Also, it helps in the communication improvement among individuals in the workplace, thus building a successful inclusive team.

According to the western perspective, leadership is often described as having progressed through six distinct: transformational, charismatic, situational, behavioral, and visionary. Basically, as from the theories, they are western-based as they accommodate cultural differences and manifest through them. The leadership theories are significantly related to the global world because they promote inclusivity and motivation among the workers in the global community. In the current global world, managers have embraced leadership theories because they have enabled the organization to be transformational where leaders understand the cultural differences of every individual, thus promoting equality.

Managers are the more effective way of promoting change and growth in cultural intelligence. This is because managers can facilitate cultural transformation within the organization by ensuring that employees and other leaders are involved in decision-making, thus bringing inclusivity in leadership. In order for the organization to remain progressive, managers need to understand the cultural value of every employee, thus being able to connect with employees.

The most positive way term to describe male and female leaders is that male leaders are analytical and females are compassionate. For instance, female leaders are always inclusive, and they always create a working environment that identifies each individual culture. In addition, most of the time, the male leaders are independent, assertive, and competitive compared to women who are always focused on nurturing and equality.
