From the analysis of the video, entrepreneurship accelerates economic growth as by creating new products and services, new employment is created, resulting in an acceleration of economic development. This was the case in Powell's situation where, due to his entrepreneurship skills, she created her deodorant that turned into a big business. The customers have been a great contribution to the growth of Powell's business. Through online business, Powell started to get international orders, which has continuously contributed to the significant growth of the business.
Chapter 7: Management and Leadership
The view of Steve Jobs in the video is on how management and leadership are important factors in business. It is clear that in order for the organization to record significant growth, you need to run it based on ideas, not hierarchy. This is because a lack of effective hierarchy in business can make leaders not accountable for results, thus leading to the failure of the business. As indicated in the video, it is clear that if you want to maintain significant business growth, it is paramount to ensure that each individual within the company makes decisions. For instance, embracing the autocratic leadership management style was part of Jobs's leadership which he used to enhance the success Apple has recorded today in the market. From the view of Jobs's leadership style, there is a need to have leadership within the company that allows for significant problem-solving. Thus, using autocracy leadership allows for quick decisions and conclusions in the absence of debate from large governing parties. Also, as a leader, it is essential to have a vision as that helps to strengthen the team, improves vision, and increases productivity in the organization. Due to his vision, Steve Jobs was able to build tools that enhanced change in human life.

It is true that each organization has its business structure depending on technology, size, and environment. An excellent example of a company that has been pushing for the status quo is Freshii which has been able to make progress in the market in the current business situation. For instance, the organization uses a flat organizational structure where everyone owns a particular area of expertise. It is clear from the view of the video that embracing this flat organizational structure helps bring equality in the workplace as it helps to ensure no hierarchy within the organization. Another essential factor is organizational culture, as the company has built a culture where each employee is given a chance to make decisions. More importantly, the structure of organization management has created staff personnel as employees feels part of the ownership in areas they can effectively control. It is also true that a good organizational structure like that of Freshii which helps in impriving and coordinating the enterprise, thus ensuring that business is progressing effectively.

The assembly process in Tesla company seems to have made significant progress in the market. From the view of the company, it is clear that computer-integrated manufacturing plays a vital role in Tesla's current production of the car. The plant, through model S, uses robotics at all vehicle manufacturing plants. It is clear that for the company to be more efficient in producing its products, it needs to become a flexible manufacturer as that keeps everything running smoothly in the case of Tesla. Also, it helps the company know that if the process changes, it can easily adapt and keep production flowing to reduce delays.
Chapter 10: Motivating Employees
From the video analysis, it is clear that a company's success is contributed by a freedom and responsibility culture, which acts as a motivator to the employees. As Netflix used that to ensure that it has a high-performing staff, thus empowering them to act autonomously. It is fundamental from the view of the video that freedom among the employee expands their job enrichment, stimulating and building their working interest. Also, freedom and responsibility, as shown in the video, enhance expectancy theory because it motivates individuals to perform because they know their performance is rewarded and recognized. In fact, empowering the employees makes them confident and committed to achieving meaningful goals.
